This panel includes a complete SARS-CoV-2 panel including SARS-CoV-2 positive, SARS-CoV-2 Variants (B.1.1.7, B.1.351, P.1, B.1.617, B.1.1.529), and Other Respiratory products including Influenza A, Influenza B, Respiratory NAAT Low and Ultra low levels of Flu A and B, RSV, Respiratory NAAT Low and Ultra low levels of RSV, Adenovirus, Parainfluenza 3, Group A Streptococcus (M1 and M2) and, various Multpliex controls.
Are these controls suitable for use in clinical diagnostic tests for respiratory viruses?
Yes.
Our IVD brand (REDx™) products are unassayed controls that can be used for ongoing QC, benchmarking laboratory testing performance, operatory training and competency, and end-to-end workflow evaluation.
Our Research Use Only (RUO) brand (PROCEEDx™) products are used for assay verification/validation, training, and R&D purposes.
Are your controls compatible with commonly used diagnostic methods, such as PCR or rapid tests?
Yes. All of our QAP products are designed to be commutable (i.e., they are compatible with both molecular and immunodiagnostic). However, in certain cases, our products are only designed to be compatible with molecular diagnostics based on the market’s needs.
What is the shelf life of your respiratory viral antigen controls?
Depending on the products, 24 weeks to two years from the manufacturing date when stored at 2℃-30℃.
