RSV
Microbix respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) antigen preparation contains a high concentration of virus and viral components and some cellular material in HEPES + Magnesium Sulphate.
Recommended Uses
The RSV vaccine antigen preparation should be sonicated immediately before use to ensure the preparation is uniform. This preparation may be used in various immunoassay formats or further purified to meet the needs of a particular assay format. The RSV Grade 2 antigen is widely used for IgG and IgM detection in assays, including EIA with polystyrene and latex solid phases.
