Recommended Uses
This measles antigen preparation should be sonicated immediately before use to ensure the preparation is uniform. This preparation may be used in various immunoassay formats or may be further purified to meet the needs of a particular assay format. The measles grade 2 antigen is widely used for IgG and IgM detection in assays, including EIA with polystyrene and latex solid phases.
