This preparation contains more than 90% virus specific protein. The predominant form of the antigen is purified protein suspended in 20mM Tris-HCl with 3M MgCl2; pH 7.4. The preparation is free of detergent. Residual non-viral protein comes from host tissue and culture medium. This preparation is a more concentrated form of EL-16-06 with a protein concentration is nominally 0.10 mg/ml.
