Description: This preparation contains more than 90% virus specific protein. The predominant form of the antigen is purified protein suspended in 20mM Tris-HCl with 3M MgCl,; pH 7.4. The preparation is free of detergent. Any residual non-viral protein comes from host tissue and culture medium. The protein concentration is nominally 0.030 mg/ml.
Strain: P3H3 cells infected with EBV
